Into detecting for 2 years and 2 months now. I own the equinox 800 now for app. 1,5 years. Learned a lot and the last months I was lucky enough to find two denari and two sceats on fields that were visited by derectorists a lot before I ever came on. Low and slow worked. Such beautiful finds. Yesterday I was searching on a field that almost did not have any good signals. Got a 12/13 with an iron sound in it but turned 90 degrees and same signal so good enough to dig since it looked to me there were two targets. The first thing was a small rusted piece of iron. That couldn't be it. So checked the hole again and this beauty came out. Determined as a 17th century Renaissance ring with rock crystal. Love my nox. Added a pic of the coins from the story as well.
