I have been detecting for around 2 years along the Murray River around the Albury area exclusively with the equinox 800. After some research my partner and I managed to locate some untouched ground with great results. Day 1 I managed my very first gold ring along with an assortment of old coins including 2 Silver's. We decided we had better go back and have another go the following day. Day 2 we unearthed our 2nd gold ring and 58 coins in just 3 hours. 5 florins, two rams heads and a 92.5 thrip. Hands down the best weekend we've ever had and hopefully plenty more to come as we have barely scraped the surface.
