Nothing Can Find What the E-TRAC Does!

20 Jan 2011

After being out of the metal detecting hobby for a year due to a back injury from a car accident, I was able to start detecting again. From previous experience with the E-TRAC, I knew the E-TRAC was deadly on deep coins. I took my E-TRAC to an old church that was established in 1892. The old church had burned down, and a new church was erected about 30 yards away. Iron was everywhere I swung my coil, but I know how the E-TRAC just sees through iron with no trouble. Right away I received a strong signal. After digging a 7 inch plug, my oldest coin to date appeared, a 1865 Indian Head. I could not believe I found this amazing coin after such a long layoff. The E-TRAC is so user friendly, it was like I never left the hobby. Thankfully, the finds didn't stop there. I found an 1893 Indian Head penny, a 1901 Indian Head penny, a 1936 Mercury Dime, 1918 Mercury Dime, 9 Wheat Pennies, and (maybe neatest of all) a Silver Dollar burn beyond recognition. I have used every brand of detector on the market, and nothing can find what the E-TRAC does. Without question, Minelab makes the best detectors on the planet. Brian Kingery – Illinois, USA
