I was up Lincoln and meet up with Neil jones for a day. It is started off pretty quick when Neil started finding a few Roman coins. From that moment we knew we was in the right area, my first signal was a Celtic silver unit, throughout the day we worked the Roman area. I unearthed 34 Roman coins a Roman brooch and a part of a Roman ring my very last signal was another Celtic silver unit , I’ve never found a Celtic unit the I find two in a day I couldn’t believe what I found. Neil jones uncovered 68 Roman bronzes 2 silver denarius a Roman ring and a Roman brooch , Neil put some of his awesome settings on my EQUINOX for the Roman hotspot and I couldn’t believe how well they worked , it was field 1 , 50 tones , recovery speed 1 , iron bias 0 , and sensitivity 25.
