I have been detecting for about 32 years. The EQUINOX 800 is my first Minelab machine. Went on a trip to England this past week after about 300 hours on the machine in Idaho. The first thing I noticed was the depth of the machine on Milled Silver; it was unbelievable. We hit a small field on a well-hit farm when I got a solid 19 on the VDI. One shovel full out and this Lizzy Sixpence rolled to a rest at the bottom of the pile. The week was very productive with 11 Milled, 5 Hammered and lots of greenies and doo dads. This is an amazing machine for depth and getting between iron infested sites where I hunt in England and the states. I’m sold on this machine and cannot wait for the additional coils and accessories.
