I was detecting around an old dump in the goldfields of Victoria, Australia, when I got a solid 15 signal on the Nox600. I usually expect to find a pull tab or something similar so wasn't expecting much when I began to dig. Was only about an inch and a half down when I saw the glint of gold. Reached down and pulled out what I thought was a junk ring. Upon further cleaning off of the dirt I was greeted with what turned out to be an 18 carat gold, diamond and ruby stunner from the late 1800's. Was gob-smacked to say the least.
