I found an odd broken piece of gold using my EQUINOX 600 with the 6” coil. I was having a pretty standard day for Scotland finding the usual Charles 1st turner coins, all of a sudden my detector was sounding off at a 6/7 vdi i was thinking it would be a pewter button. To my amazement i uncovered a strip of gold that weighs 8.7 gram. I have no idea what it is off but the treasure trove of Scotland said it looks very old. I love my EQUINOX.
