So back in Late May, there was this wild event called Invade Daytona between Spring Break, Jeep Week, and Truck Week it was just another chaotic beach themed event that drew tourists in from all over. After the hectic weekend I decided to hit the low tide of a popular beach access area that had been quiet until now. All the other detectors headed north up the path and my intuition brought me a few yards south. What sounded like a rusty bottle top signal, tone and reaction on my screen. I dug and after my 5th deep dig infront of these two old ladies I dug what dreams are made of! I pulled up an entire chain and Jesus Charm from when some tourist lost from a wave! Weighing 60 Grams I put it onand ran down the beach to my other lady detectorists to show them the find, even if it was junk jewelry I was still smitten and impressed by my recovery skills! When I got it appraised I called my father tears in my eyes lime all my hard work paid off for something spectacular! My friend said “wow thats on the bucket list of finds!” 32 Grams of 10kt gold chain with a Jesus Christ 10kt diamond encrusted Iced out Ganget Chain!
