I live in Marysville Pennsylvania. I luckily live in the area where the union soldiers encampment was to defend against the South. I live just outside of Harrisburg,PA. It's said the south made it just outside of town and this was the last defense of the city. Although there wasn't battles in my direct area I've heard from old time detector's that they've heard it as well but found no evidence to support it. I found not one but two civil war buttons in 2 days with my vanquish 540. I can't wait to show my local historians! Truly a great find for local history and the Harrisburg area!
