Metal detecting it’s my biggest hobby so on my birthday I decided with my dad to go on a quick run in the woods. I’ve been there many times but now, right on my birthday, my Vanquish 540 gave me a nice, loud and deep tone. I started digging and after 30-40cm i found a really nice bronze axe head. I was amazed but my dad insisted to search more in the hole. My Vanquish kept giving me tones. I dug a little more, and found another one! Then another one beside and so on. It was like getting groceries out of the bag! At the end of the day I revealed a 4000 years old bronze age treasure wich contains 16 axe heads. The treasure was donated to my hometown history museum located in Romania. I felt an amalgam of great feelings, it was one of my best birthdays ever and i just turned 25, so thank you bronze age guys for the gift and thank you Minelab for this great metal detector.
