I was recently detecting at my favourite historic farm site with my newish Minelab EQUINOX 800. Although I had spent lots of time at this site over the years with my old E-TRAC and a CTX, today turnout well finding some nice brooches and buckles and other relics. But to put the icing on the cake, right at the end of the day as I was heading back to the ute, I dug a good signal and just couldn't believe it- I was holding an 1863 Sydney Mint Australian Sovereign in absolutely superb condition. I was over the moon -the Find of a lifetime. WOW! I find EQUINOX to be a brilliant detector that makes all your old sites new again. Thanks Minelab!
