People say we don’t find good sized nuggets in Nth East Victoria. Well I proved that wrong a few weeks ago. I found a nugget 26.37g in my home town area of Nth East Victoria. Luckily I was on private property! It was an area where the tailings were cleaned and panned etc . It was literally like finding a needle in a haystack. I used the Equinox 800, prospecting mode 2, it rang up 18 very clearly. It was about a foot deep. I was so surprised to find such a good sized nugget. The Equinox did it with ease. Peter - Australia
