Billy Keen of Pinellas Park, Florida was working an old railroad yard with his Equinox 800. After receiving a deep intermittent signal he dug up this engraved silver pocket lighter with an unusual bulge on one side of it. He looked it over he saw what appeared to be a bullet entrance on the reverse. When Billy took it home and flushed the dirt out, he confirmed that the bullet was rattling around inside the lighter. A crazy find that begs the question, who shot the lighter and why?
