After a long week of work I was itching to get back out to the beach to see what my EQUINOX would find. A few days before going out we had a lot of wind blowing throughout the day and into the night. I just knew there had to be some locations that would expose some goodies! A friend of mine told me he had found 6 rings the day before so I knew there had to be more! Well Saturday came along so I got up and went to the beach with one of my buddies. Once arriving we started hitting targets immediately! Targets were loud and clear working in 5 tone in beach 2. We started hitting silver and that’s when it got interesting! We started finding silver, then more silver! Silver ring after silver ring! Then I got into some gold! I started finding small pieces of broken gold chain, then a couple gold pendants. One 18k cross and a 14k anchor. I stayed for the majority of the day. I dug until I no longer could. The next day I went back to the beach and started finding targets again. This time I used 2 tone because I didn’t want to miss anything. Again I started finding more silver, then I hit my first gold ring of the weekend! 14k and then a bit later I found a class ring, more broken gold chain, and then another Gold ring! The EQUINOX 800 is an outstanding beach machine! This is definitely a weekend to remember and I’d recommended the equinox to anyone that wants the best beach hunting experience ever!
