After some heavy rains when water levels came back to normal I was hunting an inland water area that had lots of activity a century ago. I was using my EQUINOX 800 and was just expecting maybe some silver, toys, and maybe some relics. After some hours I went to a different spot that had some erosion due to the rains. It is an iron infested area where I found horseshoes. And then I found a 14K diamond ring. Excited I renewed my efforts. Two feet away and just a few minutes I found a 10K signet ring. Then 25 minutes after the first ring I found my first Masonic ring. It's a doozy! 15.7 grams, 18k white gold with a 3/4 carat diamond. I couldn't believe the stroke of luck. They were too hard to clean so I had them professionally cleaned and now they look like new! I couldn't do it without the EQUINOX 800! Pics are after cleaning. Thank you Minelab!
