I hit an old colonial home site with a few other detectorists and we were all using Minelab Equinox’s. We dug 5-6 old coppers, plenty of buckles but then I got my best find to date. About 6-8 inches down I pulled out a 1721 Spanish Reale 2 in great condition. I couldn’t believe my eyes and ran across the field to confirm the find was real with my friends.
