I went to what I call my old "standby bullet patch" to test out the new CTX 3030. This was only my second time out with the detector.
This place has been hunted for 40+ years and the stuff left is over 12" deep so most machines won't pick it up. There is also an underground power line or something that drives most detectors crazy and some are even unusable but not the CTX 3030.
I can run from 25-30 Max sensitivity depending on the time of day for some reason. Glad I had my phone with me to video this.
I found one right before this almost as deep but did not tape the recovery. I also set a record that day for finds per time spent in this one area at 16 good targets in 2 1/2 hours, not bad for a hard hunted place, can't wait to wave the CTX coil over more ground. Hope you enjoy!
