A few weeks ago I found my first class ring. I spent several days trying to contact the owner and after contacting four Marion County High schools I finally had success in finding the owner of the ring. We all love to find rings, get them in the scoop and get that adrenaline rush. All the rings I find I keep except when I feel that there is something special that can come from it. This was one of those rare times when the return made my day. Here is best part. Mark graduated from High school in 1980. He was the Captain of his Alabama football team. His home was broken into on 22 August 1989 and this ring found in Miami was the only piece of jewelry ever recovered. The phone call and photos from Mark was all the payment I needed. It sure did put a smile on my face. Thanks Mark
