In June 2023, I came across a unique find. In the thicket of a pine forest, my Equinox 600 found a dismissal badge of a soldier of the Russian imperial army, during the First World War. The inscription on the token means: machine gun team 70th Ryazhsky Infantry Regiment. 22 personal number. Since this regiment was disbanded in 1918, it can be said with certainty that the token had lain in the ground for more than 100 years. Bronze is perfectly preserved in sandy soil! The depth of the find was about 35 sentiments! Clear signal in both directions. It's just incredible!
