After six months with the mighty E-TRAC and studying the MinelabTV information movies, emailing Mr Des Dunne and getting as much info together as possible I have now made my own patterns and modes for various sites around the UK. The best little bits of advice I can give as a novice user is to run your E-TRAC on Smooth with Manual sensitivity set at 20 to start with. Noise cancel set to 1 always and volume gain set to 14 and everything else on 30. I run Conduct multi but many run with Ferrous two tone. I tried Ferrous two tone on a site a few weeks ago and look what popped out of the ground! Thanks Minelab for producing such an amazing machine. MartinG21 - Surry, UK
