One day last September I went metal detecting at a park on Fern Ridge Lake just west of Eugene Oregon. After only a few minutes of hunting I dug a ladies high school class ring! 10k GOLD class ring! The ring was dated 1973 and was from North Eugene High School. The cool thing about this is that that's the same high school my wife and I graduated from in 1991! The class ring had the initials 'CW'. I did the research and found that there was only one girl with the initials 'CW" that graduated from North Eugene High school in 1973. After a few e-mails and phone calls I located the owner! Her name is Carol! She was so excited to hear that I found her ring. She remembers losing it there at that park in the summer of 1973.
