When first purchasing my new Equinox 600, my mentality was that it would just be used as my beach machine, and I would use other machines for relic hunting. That mentality all changed when I brought it to one of my most hunted out Seminole war fort sites here in FL. Right when I got to the site, my first signal was a deep eagle artillery button. Shocked after that first find, I took 2 more signals and got another deep button signal, which turned out to be one of my best finds yet!! It was a rare 1850’s South Carolina militia button in beautiful shape about 12 inches deep! I found many other relics that day as well that I had missed before.
