Met up with a friend that uses an equinox 600 one rainy morning to do some detecting, we did some door knocking at a late 1700’s/early 1800’s stone house that I have been wanting to see about getting permission to detect at. The owner said it had been detected the previous year and nothing was really found by the guy..but we were still welcome to look around. Found a wheat cent, a buckle, and an old “The Royal Brand Suit” token. I was following along the edge of the yard close to the driveway and got a solid 27/28vdi signal, about 5-6” down I dug this beautiful 1824 large cent. It’s the nicest one I’ve dug!
