Detecting at an old farmhouse, I decided to take a break from digging modern coins and scan the side of the driveway down to the road. I was rewarded first with a 1907 Indian head cent in great condition. About twenty feet further down the drive I picked up on a somewhat choppy but deep signal that just sounded right. I popped the plug and there it was, my first ever Barber quarter. The best part is that there is more there to be found! Can't wait to go back!!! David McCarthy - Minnesota, USA
