I found the find of a lifetime on Monday 27th March 2023 Uk North west England. Is a 15th century gold iconographic ring. Depicting the Virgin Mary and Jesus. It is a beautiful find. Medieval art. I’ve only read about discoveries like this before. Found in farmers field. A pasture field. Approx 8 inches deep. Searched that land for years on and off. Ring was on its edge in the soil I could see the hoop first. Lifted it out of hole gently. I was gobsmacked. Couldn’t think straight. I was shaking. Glad I filmed the moment. Didn’t expect it to be this rare discovery. I have informed the authorities and landowner has seen the ring. He is so pleased as I am too.
