A Very wet day metal detecting in Norfolk UK with the Minelab Vanquish 540 testing the vanquish wet weather conditions :-) after 2 fields of digging trash targets finally moved onto a field which was producing middle age buttons and a couple of buckles and a hammered coin, then had this jumpy mid/low tone signal and dug this stunning Late roman Fantail Brooch Complete with pin but missing the hoop at the top of the brooch, but still complete with red enamel and some silver plate/guiding. Can’t wait to get back here now
