This is a Henry I type 4 penny of the Norwich moneyer Howard, reading +hAPARD ON [N?][ ]. It is the first Henry type 4 coin of this moneyer recorded in EMC since it started in the 1990s, but a type 4 penny of this moneyer was sold by Spink in 2004, so the moneyer was already known in the type.
