I was invited to go along with Jason Massey’s group detecting for a veterans dig. On a previous dig they found over 200 Roman bronze scattered in a coin hoard. I was invited to the hoard spot to see if I could recover any more Roman coins for the group, I took my EQUINOX 800 with me and had a awesome day. My first signal was a Roman bronze, I then spent all day working the area. I ended up with 28 Roman bronzes, plus a Roman silver deneruis and a green Jade stone. I've handed all the coins in so they will end up with the hoard it was a amazing day detecting.
