Took the CTX 3030 out for it first outtings to one of my field about 30 miles away. Spent the first hour just playing with the setting just to get uses to it a bit before I pace out a corner of the field, work out the size that I was going to start with. What a place to start on the second pass I found a nice litte well bent up half gold angle of edward 4th 1471 to 1483. About 10 minutes later found a nice William 4 sixpence. A little bit later found a silver hammy a bit to warn still trying to I.D in amongst all this found 5 roman grots, all said and done what a great start to a new machine. Ants - Dorset, UK
