I had always wanted an Equinox 800 and I finally got one in November, I love beach detecting which was ideal because due to the pandemic that's all we could detect. My first ever signal with the Nox was a 1928 silver sixpence which was a great start. Within a couple of days I found an £1800 palladium ring, the very next day on the same beach I had a nice loud solid 18 signal stuck down next to a large rock but i couldn't get it and as it was the same signal as lots of lead bullets i had already dug before it I left it and moved on. The next signal I dug was again another lead bullet so I went back to the 18 signal and got my pinpointer in as a scraper and couldn't get it so I went in with my hands and managed to find a soft spot and pulled all the sand up and there it was a Victoria full gold sovereign dated 1874. I couldn't believe it that was my number one bucket Lister.
