Well what can i say this is my 3rd success story but my first with the E-TRAC I’ve found silver in the past and my next goal was to find gold and I’m glad to say I’ve finally done it after only using the E-TRAC for one harvest, i was happily minding my own business detecting on a field getting the usual bits and bobs like led and of course the buttons when i got a totally different signal i dug it up and when it came out the ground about 8" down i couldn’t believe my eyes GOLD i thought but it didn’t look real or like any gold I’ve seen before but now i realise why as it is 2,000 years old, it is of south ferriby type and if from 1bc and is a full gold stater.
i have to thank a very good friend of mine Phil Harrison for getting me into the hobby in the first place I’ve made many new friends over the years, so get yourselves out there you just never know when it’s your turn to find something as fantastic as what i have found today... many thanks.
