It was Tue March 13 and my detecting buddy Dr. Bob met me at 7:30 am for a day of detecting. We hunted an old country school yard first and I found one Barber dime. We then hunted an old country church and I found a 1932 quarter and an Indian Head penny. Ended up at a local public park that I and many other have hunted many times. I found another Barber dime next to some trash and then another next to more trash. Hunted a couple of hours more with only a wheat penny so we decided to gas up and move to another park in a near by town. As we were driving out of town I asked Bob if he wanted to go back and hunt for another hour so we could then go to another site I thought would be less busy after 5:00 pm and he said sure. Boy am I glad we decided to return as just a few minuets into the extra hour hunt I got a very deep silver signal on my E-TRAC.
