Like so many, one of my top bucket list coins has been a Spanish Real. I’ve hunted many Iron filled 1700’s home sites for years, and was unable to locate what I’ve been searching so hard to find. Using EQUINOX 800 on my first trip in Field 2 set-up, I was able to pull out a Braided Hair Large Cent. However, it was my second trip to that site that would fulfill a dream. Running in Park 2, my second target of the morning was a beautiful sounding 22-23. When I popped out the plug and saw the coin, I was thinking it was going to be a Silver Dime. Until I picked it up and felt how thin the coin was. Then it happened, my eyes couldn’t believe what I was seeing, I was looking at King Charles. I’m still in awe at finding such a great little coin, and on my second trip out with the EQUNOX. Just Awesome! Thanks Minelab for the great memories.
