I noticed on a local Facebook page someone had posted a request for someone that had a metal detector to search their property for their Dad's lost hearing aid. After setting up a time and day I showed up with my Minelab X-TERRA 705 with high hopes in finding it. The property was a one acre avocado and Orange Grove. There were lots of leaf and stick debris piles everywhere. After getting an overview of where it was that used his spare hearing aid on the machine to see what it hit at so I know what I was looking for. After 10 minutes of searching the area he said he last knew we had it I got a solid 28 on the t i d. After a quick search with the pin pointer the hearing aid was laying there on the surface under 2in of leaves. They were very surprised and excited that we found it so fast more or less finding it at all.. thanks again Minelab for making a great product.
