My guess is some type of a good luck charm----since many of these are represented by a goddess of "whatever"---health, wealth, etc. Looks like 18 karat---has it been tested? Black stone could be jade, obsidian, or even onyx---as they all come in many colors. Hard to tell without seeing in person.---Lynda
