Early in the year when I was using the Gold Monster 1000, I posted some photos of an interesting find I found amongst the vegetation on the old sand bunkers. A handful of what appears to be Roman coins. After properly canvassing this section it slowly started to dry up. I recently sold the GM 1000 and purchased the mighty EQUINOX 800 which is an awesome machine and is working wonders for me finding Gold on spot I previously worked. I also thought this machine would be ideal for this sort of relic / beach detecting In between chasing Gold, which is my main interest, so I decided to re canvas this section I previously had great success at. Well the results have left me speechless and even more confused. I know absolutely nothing about relics or treasure hunting and cannot work out how these coins and Viking / Saxon relics are on an Australian beach. Over the next few months I’ll be working this whole section even more but due to some heavy negative attention and comments I’ve been receiving regarding these finds I want be posting anymore of the finds from this spot.
