I am a regular park hunter because to be honest I am a busy working Dad with a young child and just don't have time for long far away hunts. I decided to hit one of my tot lots that has produced absolutely NOTHING for years. I am not sure why I even go there other than the joy of hunt. In the past I had hunted the park hard with my other detector but upgraded to an E-TRAC about a year ago. This time was just like all the others with nothing being found in the wood chips. I decided that I would venture out and see what was beyond the chips and almost immediately got a 13 12 low tone. I thought I was going to dig a nickel but this beauty popped out from 4". It is 18KT with 6 Baguette and 36 round diamonds. This was the second gold ring of the year for me and the 14th in the past 14 months. The very next day I hit an old apartment front yard and hit 3 silver rings. Did I mention I love my E-TRAC. Not only is it a great coin shooter but it is a great jewelry detector also.
