Using a Minelab Equinox 800 to detect for silver ore at an abandoned silver mine outside of Cobalt, Ontario (Canada). I found a rock with a thick vein on one end. Vinegar removed calcite and exposed the silver. A rock tumbler was used to give it a quick polish. The result is a 12 oz silver nugget.
