One day in October last year I was on a relic dry spell. I would drive 30 miles and dig for 2 or 3 hours and may find a minnow ball or two. So I started doing a little coin shooting. There is a hill two blocks from my house people have sledded for years. I started at the bottom and found quite a few coins. I worked my way up the hill a little bit and to my surprise I dug about 3the minnow balls. Realizing I had just found a virgin camp I got up early the next morning and were pulling bullets out right and left. That same day I had two firsts. I dug a US buckle. I was in shock I sent pics to a couple friends. About 20 minutes later I dug a confederate block I no more than 20 minutes later. Me and my friends have dug it out.
