It payed for its self in the first day! I finaly got my hands on the new CTX 3030 and after reading the manual I took it down to one of the city beaches. I also took my E-TRAC to do some comparisons. And guess what The CTX 3030 won hands down!!! The CTX 3030 is way more sensitive than the E-TRAC and has way better discrimination than the E-TRAC. About 30% of the targets I found I couldn't even hear with the E-TRAC and the discrimination and target separation is superb even at depth. I'm very happy with the CTX.
