I was out metal detecting with my EQUINOX had a really slow day digging loads of lead and buttons etc so I decided to have a break and work my way back to the van to get a drink , just as I got back to the top of the hill I had a sweet signal on the surface I looked down and seen the gold ring staring at me , it was a Australian Style ring with the map as the feature , now on my way home i was wondering was it made in Australia from someone who found gold nuggets years ago and made it into a ring ,or made in the U.K. that’s why I love this hobby because 9 times out of ten you will never know why it’s there or were it originated from.
