Minelab

another silver exploration

23 Jun 2021

Recently, I had the opportunity to find a silver coin that I showed you. It didn't take long for another beautiful find. This time it is Jan III Sobieski. Szóstak (6 groszy) 1683, mint in Bydgoszcz. This king's coins were minted for 8 years. On the obverse Bust of the king facing right, in a laurel wreath and a Roman cloak, which at first I thought I found a Roman coin. Once again the younger brother of Equinox and he doesn't disappoint!
