A 88 years old lady contacted me to help her find a gold ring bought by her late husband, who was in the military during ww2. She was in a memorial park when Yvon lost her precious jewellery during the remembrance day in South Wales. We contacted our local council to ask for her permission to detect this beautiful park, permission granted i made my way to the park and hoping to find the lost ring . After 4 hours of searching these beautiful and soft grounds, i finally hit the jackpot. Here was seating down at 2 inches below the surface, the wishbone 18k gold ring. Later on the very same day, i contacted Yvon to give her the good news. It was a good ending and the best feeling in the world .
