I had just got back from a Christmas Eve Hunt in a Town close by. There a landed a couple silvers using the Coiltek 10x5 for the first time. When I made it back I helped My Wife make some cake balls, and went out for an hour hunt in Grandma's yard , where We we're staying. Almost at the end of scanning the whole yard, I came across a spot that I know I have been over several times. See this yard has been pounded with both the CTX and the Equinox with the stick Coil. My Brother in Law already pulling out a 1937 S Semi Key Date Quarter. Anyhow I got a scratch signal going from a zinc number to trash, and sometimes hitting in the wheat area, but it was a decent signal . In digging the hole I pulled out 2 Wheats and a Big Ben overall button. They had to have been less than an inch apart if not touching each other. I just put them in my patch as normal and headed in after I had finished. I went to the bathroom and cleaned the dirt off of them, but didn't have My readers on Me, so I didn't know what the dates were yet. I got My readers and went in next to Grandma to let her see the dates too. The first one I saw was a 1920. I showed her the overall button then looked at the other Wheat. I had to have taken a couple double takes when I told her it was a 1914D!! Wow!!!! No Yard is ever hunted Out, and Key Date Coins are still out there!! Happy Hunting!!!!
