I hit a park in Wisconsin for a couple of hours on April 12. I was detecting under some trees and bushes when I heard a repeatable high tone signal on my Equinox 800. The VDI number was 38. I had to cut through some tree roots but was finally able to get down 8-10 inches and out popped this beautiful 1837 Capped Bust Reeded Edge Silver Half Dollar. It's not too often you find a coin this old in Wisconsin. It was a thrill! Make sure you get under those trees and bushes.
