I was out with my Manticore at an old home site that dates well back into the 1800’s and has been searched before. I was swinging along the side of the house, I was getting an 86/87 target ID. I dug down and couldn’t find it with my pin pointer. I put the plug back and swept over it again and it was still hitting nice. So I went down deeper at about 8-9” I pulled out this 1836 US Capped Bust dime in great shape. It’s my oldest US silver coin with the Manticore, and favorite coin found with it so far! And puts me at 130 silver coins found with the Manticore in the 6 months I’ve owned it. Loving this machine!
