I was detecting a permission (not a field) in Wisconsin that's old. A friend of mine had pulled two Barber dimes in the first couple of hours we were there. We both use the Equinox 800. I was finding my fair share of coins, including a couple of wheat pennies, but nothing too old. Then, as luck would have it, I was down about 9-10 inches deep and out pops this 1825 Large Cent. A bucket list find for me.
