Tried the new 15"coil out on the EQUINOX 800 today, worked just the one beach, mainly wet sand. Three hours produced a Sagittarius Pendant, Buckle Ring & Wedding Band, all 9ct.Total weight 9.4 grams. All were faint but solid signals, between 10" & 12"deep. A few more green coins and a couple of very old style sinkers as well. The buckle ring was a first for me but it just too far corroded with the copper leaching that it broke whilst cleaning it. It definitely punches deeper than the stock coil. Also did not notice much difference with the weight & swung very smoothly. So today has probably paid off half the new coil already.. Very happy!
