Minelab Americas have announced the opening of two new Authorised Service Centres designed to minimise costs for consumers and continue to speed up repairs across North America.
The new Service Centres based in Toronto, Canada and Orlando, Florida, will not only eliminate the high cost of international postage for Canadian Minelab owners, but more than double the total number of Minelab certified technicians: making it even easier for Minelab owners to receive efficient, effective care. Minelab Canada (Toronto, Ontario) General Manager Jack Summers says Canadian Minelab owners now have the assurance that they can get spare parts, routine maintenance and repairs much more quickly. "With the new Minelab Authorised Service Centre up and running in Toronto, Canadian consumers can purchase Minelab products with the added confidence of unparalleled after-sales service and support,” says Summers.
Minelab Authorised Service Centres have a repair turnaround time of fewer than ten days— an already fastidious rate that Minelab hopes to reduce even further. “With a Minelab Authorised Service Centre in Orlando, Florida, Minelab equipment owners will now be able to save time because they have a second location to send their equipment for needed repairs in the southeastern part of the country,” says Stu Auerbach, owner of KellyCo Metal Detectors, “The Minelab Authorised Service Centre in Florida has three factory-trained technicians to deliver quality repairs, rapid return delivery and as always, the best customer service to anyone owning any Minelab product under warranty and to those whose warranty has expired.”
Minelab Americas plans to open two more international Service Centres within the next 12 months, which should not only localise repair centers in these areas but also broaden the global scope of Minelab use and support.
